Provider and service
These terms cover NoteFerry, provided by WORLD HEADLINES INC, and its website. NoteFerry helps you capture photos, video and recordings on a phone and move them to a nearby computer or tablet. Importing, playback and saving in another app depend on that app. Check the published availability and compatibility information before relying on a workflow.
Availability
The apps are currently in testing and public downloads and paid checkout are not yet available. Features and supported platforms may change before release. Keep a separate copy of important material and confirm it has been saved in the destination app before removing the original.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain the rights you hold in the material you capture. Using NoteFerry does not give us ownership of that material. Only capture and share material you are entitled to use, obtain necessary permission to record people, and follow applicable law and classroom or workplace rules. Do not use the service to infringe rights, compromise another device or distribute harmful content.
Software and brand rights
NoteFerry’s software, visual assets and brand remain the property of their respective rights holders. You may use the app for its intended purpose under the applicable distribution licence. You may not impersonate NoteFerry, remove proprietary notices, or redistribute protected software or brand assets without permission, except where applicable law or an included open-source licence permits it. Third-party product names identify compatibility contexts and do not imply endorsement.
Accounts and purchases
Membership features will identify their sign-in and purchase requirements when available. Keep account access secure and notification details current. Any purchase must show its price, period, renewal and cancellation terms before confirmation. Store purchases follow the applicable store’s payment and refund process, in addition to rights provided by law. No prices or future plans shown as drafts create a charge or a subscription.
Privacy and support
Our Privacy policy explains data handling. You can contact NoteFerry at account@noteferry.app for product, privacy and account questions. The Account deletion page provides a way to request deletion. Removing an app or account does not by itself cancel a subscription purchased through a store.
Service limits and your rights
We work to keep NoteFerry reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted service, compatibility with every app or recovery of material you delete. To the extent permitted by law, testing versions are provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any dispute is subject to applicable law; these terms do not take away protections you have where you live.
Changes and ending use
You may stop using NoteFerry at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security issue or a legal requirement. Material changes to these terms will be dated on this page and notified where required. Questions can be sent to the NoteFerry contact address above.
